Application Fee is $55.00 per Leaseholder, $70.00 for joint & $15.00 per occupant over 18 yrs.

Application Deposits:
One Bedroom- $300.00
Two Bedroom- $400.00
A $150.00 non-refundable one time amenity fee must be collected at the time of application.

Priority Waiting List Deposit is $200.00

Pet Deposit is $250.00 with a $250.00 one time non-refundable fee to be paid at the time of application.

Two pets allowed per apartment. Each pet must weigh no more than 40 lbs. at maturity.
