All Premium Locations are an additional $75.00 per month.
Garages are available for an additional $100.00 per month.
Application fees, one time fees and application deposit must be paid with separate checks.

Preferred Employer discounts available. Preferred employers include BP, Citgo and Shaw. Discount is 50% off application fee, security deposit and amenity fee.

Application Fee is $60.00 per application.

Application Deposits:
One Bedroom- $300.00
Two Bedroom- $400.00
A $150.00 non-refundable one time amenity fee must be collected at the time of application.

Priority Waiting List Deposit is $200.00

Pet Deposit is $250.00 plus a $250.00 one time non-refundable fee to be paid at the time of application. Pet weight cannot exceed 65 lbs. Breed restrictions at management discretion.

Two pets allowed per apartment. Each pet must weigh no more than 40 lbs. at maturity.
